robert mitchellAs Director of Membership Services, Robert provides financial forecasting and Retrospective Rating adjustments and calculations on refunds to members. He develops, maintains and updates policies for members’ safety programs to ensure adherence to state regulations.

Robert oversees the workers’ compensation claims department with emphasis on management of reserves that affect potential customer refunds. He also tailors accident prevention programs for members and produces detailed reports on how to lower claim costs through safety policies and staff education.

Robert is retired from the U.S. Army after serving a 20-year military career. His varied military experience includes working as an Information Technology instructor and Practice Manager of military dental clinics. He earned more than 20 military medals before retiring to civilian life.
