Are you ready for the maturing workforce?

Washington Retail Association is working on a grant project funded by the Safety and Health Investment Projects, through the WA Department of Labor & Industries. This project will help coach employers and employees on how to work smarter and reduce the potential for employee injuries, focusing on the fastest trending group of workers, the mature employee who is quickly heading into the retail workforce.

At WRA, we are providing tools through webinars, videos, and other literature to help employers and employees implement methods to reduce injuries for this group, which will also benefit all ages of workers and the company as well. It is happening now.
