STEP TWO - Locate your most recent Tax Rate Notice. If you cannot locate it, please obtain a copy from your local ESD District Tax Office. Contact information can be found at: http://www.esd.wa.gov/uitax/dto-list.php

Our fee is 2.25% - 2.5% of the amount of taxes you paid to the Employment Security Department for the last experience year listed on your current Tax Rate Notice with a minimum flat rate of $250 per year if your taxes paid are under $10,000. As we are more successful at managing your claims and reducing your taxes, your fees to us are also reduced.
