6. L&I and UBI Acct. Resolution - Negotiated based on complexity. $50 an hour, a minimum of $25.00
Assist members with multiple locations in setting up their UBI and L&I account with the Department. RASI will help them determine if one L&I account I.D. for all locations is appropriate for them, or if individual L&I reports for each location is best suited for their needs.
7. Premium in Arrears - Penalties & Interest negotiations - fee 25% of penalties and interest saved by company in overage, or negotiated on larger accounts
RASI will negotiate on your behalf with the Department of Labor and Industries to reduce penalties and interest charged on employer accounts. RASI has been successful in saving members several thousands of dollars in unnecessary penalties and interest.
8. Research outstanding premium and experience rates for potential acquisitions.- fee - $350 Member - $500 Non-Member
Prior to purchasing a company or any interest in a business, RASI can provide a detailed background on their workers’ compensation account to determine if there are outstanding premiums due, as well as consult a purchaser of its future experience rating cost projections after acquisition.
9. Risk Class Code reclassification – fee - 25% of savings
RASI will review a company’s risk class assignment to determine if L & I is charging them correctly. It is common for businesses to be misclassified by L & I for risk class and premium payment purposes. If there is an overcharge and RASI gets your company re-classified, RASI receives 25% of the credited premium portion.
10. Monthly Safety meeting preparation and topics for a full year – fee - $40 to $200
Simple, easy to use forms can be purchased by the month or an entire year for materials needed to comply with WISHA safety standards. Companies receive monthly safety topics & agendas with an outline for completion.
